Stars is a Canadian indie pop/rock band based in Montreal, Quebec. Since forming in 2000, the band has evolved from an electro-pop sound to a more pop-rock style with the addition of members such as Amy Millan and Evan Cranley. They have released several albums and EPs, including "Nightsongs" in 2001 and "Set Yourself on Fire" in 2004. Their music has received nominations for Juno Awards and Polaris Music Prizes.
