Arcade Fire is a Canadian indie rock band from Montreal, Quebec. Founded in 2001 by friends Win Butler and Josh Deu, the band gained prominence with their critically acclaimed debut album Funeral in 2004. The band consists of multi-instrumentalists Win Butler, Régine Chassagne, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury, and Jeremy Gara, among others. They have received numerous awards, including the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2011 for their third album, The Suburbs. Arcade Fire has continued to release acclaimed albums, including Reflektor in 2013 and Everything Now in 2017. Their sixth studio album, We, was released in May 2022, followed by their seventh album, Pink Elephant, scheduled for 2025.
