BadBadNotGood (stylized in all caps) is a Canadian instrumental band and production team from Toronto, Canada, formed in 2010. The group consists of keyboardist Matthew Tavares, bassist Chester Hansen, saxophonist Leland Whitty, and drummer Alexander Sowinski. They are known for their interpretations of hip-hop tracks and collaborations with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator, Earl Sweatshirt, Danny Brown, and Ghostface Killah. BadBadNotGood has released several albums, with their latest, 'Mid Spiral', set to release in July 2024.
