Alain Lefèvre, (French pronunciation: [alɛ̃ ləfɛvʁ]) is a French Canadian pianist and composer born on July 23, 1962, in Poitiers, France. He has performed with major international symphonic orchestras and renowned conductors. His album "Fidèles Insomnies" won a Félix award at ADISQ in 2006, and he has received four additional Félix awards for Best Classical Album of the Year. Lefèvre is credited with bringing attention to André Mathieu's Concerto de Québec, securing its place in the post-romantic repertoire of Quebec music.
