Valaire, formerly known as Misteur Valaire, is a Canadian electropop group based in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Formed in 2005, the group blends influences from electro, jazz, hip-hop, and rock, incorporating unusual sound samples. They released four albums under the name Misteur Valaire: 'Mr. Brian' (2005), 'Friterday Night' (2007), 'Golden Bombay' (2010), and 'Bellevue' (2013). In 2016, they changed their name to Valaire and released their fifth album, 'Oobopopop'. Their sixth album, 'Jazz Futon', was released in 2023.
