Mononc' Serge (born Serge Robert, 1970) is a Québécois musician and poet known for his satirical songs about politicians, local celebrities, and social issues. Active since the early 1990s, he first gained recognition as the bassist for Les Colocs before continuing his career at CIBL radio. He has released over a dozen solo albums, including several in collaboration with the metal band Anonymus. Mononc' Serge is particularly noted for his sharp lyrics and explosive stage presence, often mocking public figures in Quebec and beyond. To date, he has released 16 studio albums, 3 DVDs of live performances, and numerous music videos, with most of his work in French.
