Alexandre Parent (born February 17, 1986, in Granby, Quebec, Canada), better known as Alex Nevsky, is a singer-songwriter from Quebec, Canada. He graduated from École nationale de la chanson in Granby in 2007. He participated in the Granby International Song Festival in 2009, reaching the semi-finals, and was a finalist in the 14th Francouvertes contest. His debut album 'De lune à l'aube' was released in 2010 on Audiogram and received two nominations at the Gala ADISQ. His second album, 'Himalaya mon amour', launched in 2013, won him several awards, including 'Male Singer of the Year' and 'Album of the Year – Pop'. Alex Nevsky is known for hits like 'On leur a fait croire' and 'Les coloriés'.
