FouKi is the stage name of Léo Fougères, a Canadian rapper from Montreal, Quebec, born on December 25, 1996. He is noted for his unique blend of Quebec hip-hop, reggae, and trap. Considered a rising star in the Quebec rap scene, he collaborates with producer QuietMike to create an energetic and atypical hip-hop sound influenced by European, Canadian, Quebecois, and American rap cultures. Fougères began his music career in the mid-2010s, forming the band Ségala with friends and releasing the mixtape Plato Hess before launching his solo career. He has also collaborated with Koriass on the album Génies en herbe and released several non-album singles.
