Story
Massive Ego is a British darkwave group formed in 1996 by singer Marc Massive and Andy J Thirwall. The band has evolved over the years, shifting from a Eurodance and Hi-NRG style to a darker sound, with themes exploring depression, anxiety, death, suicide, love, sex, and vampirism. In 2015, they joined the German label Out of Line Music and released their debut album for the label on February 17, 2017.
Massive Ego's discography includes several EPs and albums, such as "Massive Ego" (2003), "Church for the Malfunctioned" (2019), and "Symphony of Flies" (2026). The band has also been featured in KracRadio's programming with the track "I Idolize You (Envious Mix by Benjamin's Plague)". After disbanding in 2022, the group reformed in 2024 with Marc, Olly, Lloyd, and Porl.
