Jorane Pelletier (born October 12, 1975) is a French-Canadian singer and cellist from Charlesbourg, Quebec. She discovered music at a young age, playing piano by the age of five. However, it was not until she was nineteen, while studying at the music department of Cégep Sainte-Foy in Quebec City, that she began playing the cello. Jorane is known for her blend of pop and progressive rock styles and has released several albums throughout her career, exploring various musical projects. She is also recognized for her innovative stage performances and creative approach to music.
