Monoplan, or MONOPLAN, is a Russia-based one man cold wave/synth/post-punk act, active since October 2019. The project consists solely of Dmitry Philippov (synthesizers, vocals) who creates, records and produces his own songs with dark dystopian lyrics, influenced by the bands like Joy Division, Kino, The Cure and Depeche Mode.
